This Privacy Policy explains how this task and project organizer (the "App") handles information when you use its planning features. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the developer of the App, who can be contacted at carletonzk008@yahoo.com.
1. Information You Enter
The App stores the content you create or import, including task titles, notes, subtasks, projects, categories, tags, scheduled dates, deadlines, reminder times, repeat settings, and completion history. It also stores preferences needed to remember your settings.
This information is processed and stored locally on your device to organize your tasks, display your plans, search your content, and manage reminders. You do not need an account to use the App. The App does not automatically upload your task content or calendar events to servers operated by us.
2. Calendar Access
If you enable "Show Calendar Events," the App requests permission to access your device's calendars. With your permission, it reads event titles, dates, times, all-day status, and calendar names to display events alongside your tasks in Schedule.
On supported iOS versions, the system calls this permission "Full Access." The App uses this access to display existing events; its calendar integration does not create, edit, or delete your calendar events. Calendar access is optional. You can turn off the feature in the App and revoke permission in your device's Settings. Your task lists remain available without calendar access.
3. Notifications
If you grant notification permission and set a reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. A notification may contain the task title and notes, which may appear on your lock screen depending on your notification settings.
You can change reminder settings in the App and manage notification permission and previews in your device's Settings.
4. Backups and Exports
You can export a full backup or a CSV file and choose where to save it. Exported files may contain personal information from your tasks and notes. Importing a backup reads the file you select and restores its contents into the App.
Files you export remain in the location you choose until you delete them. Your device's backup settings may also include App data in device backups. Deleting information in the App does not automatically remove copies in exported files or existing device backups.
5. Advertising and Measurement
The App includes interstitial advertising provided by InMobi and advertising attribution provided by AppsFlyer. Task management works offline, but these services use network connections. An ad may appear after you save a new or edited task. Ad availability varies with network conditions and available advertising.
InMobi may process device and app information, IP addresses, permitted device identifiers, and information about ad impressions and interactions to deliver and measure ads and help prevent fraud. Learn more in the InMobi Advertising Privacy Policy.
AppsFlyer measures app installs and launches for advertising attribution. It may process technical device information, IP addresses, permitted device identifiers, and installation and engagement information. Learn more in the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy.
We do not pass your task titles, notes, subtasks, project content, or calendar events to these SDKs. Their processing of device and advertising information is separate from your locally stored task content. Provider policies explain their processing, sharing, international transfers, retention, and privacy request procedures.
On supported iOS versions, the App requests tracking permission. You can decline or change this permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining tracking permission does not disable task management or necessarily remove advertisements or all network activity. The advertising identifier is subject to iOS permission controls.
6. Support Communications
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue you report. Please include only information necessary for your request.
We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address your request and related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of that correspondence.
7. Retention and Deletion
Your App content remains on your device until you remove it. Tasks moved to Trash remain available for restoration until you permanently delete them or empty Trash. Completing a task or archiving a project or category does not permanently delete it.
Deleting the App removes its locally stored data from that device. Offloading the App may retain its data. To remove exported files or device backups, manage those copies separately in the location where they are stored. We cannot remotely access or delete content stored only on your device.
Deleting local tasks or uninstalling the App does not automatically delete advertising or measurement information already processed by the providers. For requests about that information, contact us or use the privacy request procedures in the provider policies linked above. We may need additional information to identify a request and coordinate a response.
8. Your Choices and Security
You can review and edit your content, export your data, delete tasks, and manage optional permissions. For questions or requests concerning information you have sent to us, use the contact address below.
The App uses the device's application storage protections. You can help protect your information by securing your device and keeping exported files in a safe location. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App or its information-handling practices. Any revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
